Panera Bread

If I could give them a ZERO I would. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a latte. They took forever to send out my bagel(not busy... 3 tables occupied in entire restaurant) and I pick up my latte... with ice in it. Then when the "correct" drink comes out it was horrible. Manager was too busy laughing and standing around to make sure the place runs right. Never coming back. They screwed up a bagel and a coffee!

I was very disappointed with this Panera. The food was ten minutes late-which isn’t a big deal in itself-but they put the order together lazily as well! One of the wrappings around a sandwich wasn’t taped together, so the sandwich fell apart when I took it out of the bag. I just wanted to get home so I didn’t make a big deal about it, but when I got home I realized that they didn’t put ANY of my family’s sides in the bag! We ordered two baguettes and two chip bags with our food but NONE of them were in the order. All in all it was just a really sour experience, food is pretty expensive for not being huge proportions, but it did taste fine. Still, I will not be going back to Panera for a long time

The unfortunate decline of Panera continues at its Shrewsbury location. If you look at the most recent reviews, you'll see a distinct one and two star trend. I have done take-out and dine in at this location. The overall cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. Regarding food, the portions have shrunk and the quality has declined. Customer service was OK, but sad compared to the Chick-Fil-A on the other side of the street. In the ongoing competition between who can alienate customers more--Panera or Starbucks--Panera is winning the race to the bottom.

Disappointing visit. The place was not busy, tables were dirty, no dark roast coffee available and apparently they want you to use the kiosk to place your order because the person behind the counter ignored us. We said something to the manager and she used napkins to wipe the tables off.

Standard food for Panera. The place was very dirty, while we found a clean table - most of the tables were not clean and the floor was covered with dirty napkins and food. Yet, I was surprised that the bathrooms were clean. It was not busy. It appeared to be adequately staffed. Staff was not friendly.
