Panera Bread

Waited over 40 minutes AFTER I got the email that my order was ready for a single cup of soup! This place is also so dirty and the staff move at a snails pace. The manager Erica was just standing around while 7 people were waiting. I would say I feel bad for these workers but it doesn’t look like they care for the customers either. Management needs to do SOMETHING! And the place is so dirty! Hats, aprons, and dirty dishes stay longer than the guests. The bathroom was “stocked” with no soap, seat covers, and the tp was left on top of the container??

Every single time I order delivery and include a drink, the drink is missing. Not once, not twice. Every time. What’s even worse is when I report it, they refuse to issue a refund and only offer store credit. If I pay for something and don’t receive it, I expect my money back. That’s basic customer service. This has happened one too many times. It’s incredibly frustrating to constantly receive incomplete orders and then be told I can’t be refunded for items I never received. At this point it’s clear the problem isn’t being addressed. I won’t be ordering from here again. When delivery orders are consistently missing items, it completely destroys trust in the service.

Soup was cold and container was half full grilled cheese was barely grilled usually, it’s pretty good but idk what happened this time !

My wife and I met up here yesterday because we were next door at the Tmobile store. She wanted soup since it was cold, so I suggested that we can go next door to see what Panera Beard has to offer. This store is in a plaza with a lot of parking spots since there are other stores here as well. When we walked in, they had just about 3 other guest inside and my wife looked at their menu. She decided to get their chicken noodle soup to go. The soup itself was pretty pricey so she was hoping it would be decent. She was highly disappointed when she got home because they didn't fill up the soup to the top of the cup along with not getting a lot of noodles and you pay a high price for such so little food. She was not happy to the point that I think this is the last time she would ever want to try

I would give this place five stars if they would actually put some meat on their sandwiches. Also, be careful with their lemonade. It is charged full of caffeine and one person actually died from it, not from this location, however. Other than that, their broccoli cheddar soup and all of their bread is really delicious.
