Panera Bread

Do not go here!!! The service is ridiculous wait times are at least 30 minutes and order was not even right. 2 times in a week against my better judgement I waited over 30 minutes to not even get what I paid for... I wanted to give them another try .. but never again will if here... There wasn't even anyone in the dining room . Manager tried to explain they don't have the proper equipment for egg making or whatever... declined giving me a refund on my order stating there is no access to my card or orders and stated I could come back in to have whatever I ordered remade. I was again15 minutes late for work and said that wasn't an option.. she said could anytime.. I asked so can come in a week from now and then you canaccessmy order? This place is shady.. I recommend you don't eat here. Defi

New to Panera as a costumer and had the best experience. The manager and the new cashier we're great and tried to help me with my gift card that i didn't know how to use since im new also using the app. I be definitely coming back to this location again.

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but unfortunately our experience was subpar. Service was pretty slow. I waited around 20 or so minutes for a sandwich and a couple of containers of Mac and cheese. Which, I wasn't too upset about. I get delays but looking through other reviews, I see it is a common problem at this Panera. However, the worst thing was that we were serviced moldy drinks. My husband took a sip and immediately gagged. There was mold floating in the drink. Absolutely disgusting. Quality control is horrible.

Disappointed with Quality and Portion We were really looking forward to our meal, as Panera usually delivers great quality. The bread on the sandwiches was excellent, but mine had very little meat—mostly just onions and peppers. My wife’s sandwich was worse—some of the ingredients seemed old or off, and she ended up pulling much of it off. We’re both very disappointed, especially because we expect better from Panera. Hoping this was just a fluke, but it really left a bad impression.

Like this location. Well presented clean restaurant. Food is always hot and correct and delicious. Staff even is nice enough to offer you certain discounts if you order certain items which is very nice and appreciated. Drive thru is pretty quick and staff is friendly and respectful and attentive.
