Panera Bread

The snow started falling in Southern Pines, so we did what any sensible Southerners would do: we panicked and went to get soup.🥣 Hiding out with a bowl of Broccoli Cheddar and French Onion was the only way to handle the cold. The Hot Chocolate came with a mountain of whipped cream that I’m pretty sure counts as a survival essential.

Food great! Dining area horrible - nasty. Bathrooms - nasty. Floors are sticky, spillage stains, trash on floors, broken tables. Just had lunch at the restaurant. I'm a regular going to this restaurant, but I've noticed on several occasions the lack of a 'clean' dining area and bathrooms. I think I won't go back. Can't eat in an area that doesn't feel clean. Unfortunate.

1pm on a Sunday came here for a birthday lunch just 3 people we all went to order absolutely no French onion soup. No tomato soup. How can you be out of soup unreal. Will never come back to this location ever again . The Diet Pepsi is flat least you can dump it and choose something else. Just heard a lady who was waiting for a half hour and still didn’t get her order. Maybe thy should consider closing this place

I wanted to try something different so this is where this sandwich came about. Mediterranean with humus, feta cheese, purple onion, tomatoes, cucumbers and arugula on a sandwich. This was a good vegetarian option at Panera Bread, I had green ice tea and cops with it. Panera doesn't really have many options when it comes to vegetarian food but you can definitely make a sandwich that is originally on the menu and switch some ingredients up to make it vegetarian if you don't see what you like. The sandwich was very fresh and I felt light and not heavy at all. Highly recommend.

Good clean healthy food. Good prices. I was disappointed with the offerings amount for the price that this grain bowl costs. I got more bowl than food. I spoke to the manager there and her flippant response was "It is pre-measured." My thoughts, someone ate part of my pre-measured portion. I will NOT ever order the grain bowl, again. I'm conflicted with visiting this particular location, but it's the most convenient.
