Panera Bread

My wife, baby, and I stopped by Panera bread for Brunch at this location and let me tell you it was a great start to our Day. The Cashier Brock is the perfect model of what great customer service looks like. He welcomed and greeted my wife and I with earnest joy and appreciation for visiting their establishment. He made some great recommendations which we tried and LOVED. I had the chili and spicy fiesta chicken and they were great. My wife had the Chipotle chicken Avo melt and the classic chicken Noodle Soup and she cleaned the plate as well. Brock brought our food out to us, checked on us to see if we needed anything else and if the food was alright. He really made our day and we definitely wanted to highlight that and him. Keep up the Great job Brock. Thank you!!

We ordered today Sunday 10/26 for second time since this location opened and still disappointed. We gave them second chance thinking that first time they were recently opened. We ordered 3 sandwiches and a soufflé and we didn’t not get napkins neither utensils for the soufflé. The labels of the sandwiches didn’t have the info. We had to open all to see what inside. I remember going to Panera like a year ago more often and all was decent. I cannot imagine how you can forget so many simple things in one single order of 4 times not even drink included. Unfortunately we won’t order more from this Panera at Beachwalk.

Always a great atmosphere in here. Stopped here on a Dash for a customer. Food was not ready so they offered me a cup to grab a drink while I waited. So appreciative of this little gesture. The folks prepping the food are awesome as well. Just seems like a solid place. Cant go wrong with stopping here.

Came here 12/4/25, 7 out of 17 tables were dirty. Came in to treat my elderly parents to a meal and was extremely disappointed. I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup for myself and the person brought it to the table, I looked at it and it had possibly 4-5 tablespoons of LIQUID. I explained that I want soup in my soup bowl. The woman looked at me with an attitude and said “so you want me to take out noodles and add liquid?”… that was beyond puzzling to say the least. The bowl barely had anything in it to begin with. I don’t even know why I bother going to Panera anymore.

Disappointing from my other Panera experiences. Nice enough facility. Smaller than others in the area so less conducive to longer stays. No booths, only open area seating. 50% high tops, 50% regular seating. SSSSLLLLLOOOOOWWWWWW food prep. Not very busy but my order easily took 3 times longer to prepare than at other Panera's for exactly the same order. This is a common observation in reviews. The staff is all working hard and moving quickly so I can't offer a clear observation of what is not working but performance says that something is extremely off. As others have commented, order accuracy is a challenge. I ordered a sandwich w/o cheese yet it was prepared with cheese.
