Simply put, another day in Paneradice!!🔥🙌🏾🫶🏾😎💯 The crew here is the best I have ever experienced. Super friendly always on Point and serving everyone with a smile. I can’t say enough about how much I love the guys who work here. I’m here every morning and they help me get it started right.

Delicious food that’s a little overpriced. My only knock is replace the seats that are cracking. “Broken windows, broken business. If the small things are ignored, the big things will eventually collapse.”

This place is alright the thing that is hard to understand is how dirty they keep everything. Tables and carpet are always dirty when I come here. There are never any workers cleaning up after people eat and the amount of food on the floor is crazy. It makes me wonder how dirty the kitchen is. And if you look closer the walls and seats are dirty. There just isn’t any urgency to keep this place clean.

Although we didn't wait on a table, the food took at least 20 minutes. Please increase staffing levels because the team preparing the food was working fast and hard. Maybe someone called in or something, but this is the longest I've ever waited at a panera for food. Food quality was good, had to wipe off the table we chose to use. Maybe more than one person called off.

This place needs more staff. I've ordered here three times and the orders have been behind, the employees are clearly overwhelmed (despite working hard and quickly), and my order somehow got lost in the system this third time around with no one being available to assist me to resolve it. I had to contact customer service myself to get my refund. Panera RISE means nothing if you don't give the restaurants the support they need to carry out the changes for a better customer experience.
