Panera Bread

I find the service was pretty bad here. I would give a zero if I could. I walked in and this woman at the counter didn’t say anything. As soon as I spoke to get her attention she put her finger up to make me be quiet as she was counting bagels. Seriously??? Get out of the food business or anything related to customer service. Shame on Panera for allowing this kind of bottom of the barrel service. She might be better off working in a bar.

The food was OK, but I feel like they are trying to hard and no longer have any normal items on the menu. The facility was clean and well maintained but busy. Wait time was about 15 minutes for a soup and sandwhich along with a bowl of Mac and cheese.

I stopped by this Panera Bread on Central Ave Tuesday night right at closing time. I was greeted by Eva, who offered excellent customer service with a warm smile. Even though her colleagues were busy, she went out of her way to help me and personally made my sandwich. As an airline pilot who travels all over the country, I can honestly say Eva is one of the best team members I’ve seen in a long time. Thank you, Eva, for your outstanding service!

If you like ordering food and having everything be wrong, every single time, this is the place for you! Highly recommend not ordering from this location. The past 3 or 4 orders have been wrong and today they just plain didn't put meat on a $9 sandwich. Make the drive to a different location!

Amal (hope I spelled it correctly) in drive thru is amazing! She’s welcoming, friendly and makes my Coffee perfect every time.
