Panera Bread

I’ve never personally been to this location, but my son or husband often picks up orders from here. I’m rating this location three stars because a customization request related to a nut allergy was missed. I asked for no pecans on the Harvest Medley Chicken Salad, but they were mixed in anyway. Since my son was looking forward to sharing the salad, this was disappointing. I still like Panera and will continue ordering, but I hope allergy-related requests are handled more carefully going forward.

I am disappointed in my most recent order from Panera Union City. I ordered a vegetarian sandwich and soup as a Pick two order. The 1/2 sandwich was a toasted caprese sandwich on foccasia bread and butternut squash soup. The soup was tasty but the sandwich was semi -burnt. I am trying to understand whomever made the sandwich couldn't tell it was burnt and sends it to the customer that way. Highly dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend to others with this kind of service unfortunately.

Ive never been a panera person. But they just moved in and i tried it and its pretty great. I been there a couple times now and im pleasently surprised

Every time I come into this Panera, I’m greeted with nothing but positive energy and awesome service🤌🏾Tianna and Sabbath always go above and beyond🙂‍↔️ They’re warm, welcoming, and consistent every single visit. The rest of the staff is great too, and you can tell they take pride in what they do🔥 Not to mention… the place stays clean, which is a huge plus for me✨ Overall, the customer service, cleanliness, and atmosphere keep me coming back. Keep up the great work, Panera team!🥰🫂

I love having this Panera so close to home. Staff is friendly. Food is good. I see people complain about the small space but I feel like for the location, it’s more convenient as a grab and go for people on lunch/dinner breaks so I wouldn’t knock them for being so small. Despite that, they always have the food ready in a reasonable amount of time.
