My boyfriend and I went here together and ordered separately. Neither of us received our bakery items we ordered and our orders took over twenty minutes to process. There were five people behind the counter.
I had their chicken noodle soup take away. The taste and packaging was great but the quantity was not worth the price. Ambience and location is pretty good. Service was quite fast.
I ordered lunch online today, and it was supposed to be ready for pickup at 12:35. However, I ended up waiting there for over half an hour. This was a complete waste of time. Very disappointing experience.
My son got food poisoning from a chicken sandwich at the university park location. Not only did the restaurant not care . Their insurance carrier won’t reimburse me for the ambulance and hospital bills. What a terrible company . Should be avoided at all costs
