Panera Bread

Worst Panera! I called to voice my concerns about the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich being extremely over salted. They did not offer a solution to replace it only apologized! I’m not asking for an apology just make it right. Who adds a huge amount of coarse salt on the bread? I never had an issue with Panera before. I included a picture after removing a lot of salt but you can still see the coarse salt crystals.

The soup was a little bit watery, and the new girl didn’t know what to do! The staff is incredibly friendly! But management is greedy. Put only 5 croutons in kids’ soup!

Good place, fast preparing for food and accurate. I have ordered twice here a salad with lots of special modification and everything was delivered according to my request. They are also located close to many other shops which is a good place for a walk and visit the places around.

I believe Panera Bread has a new management team, and it truly shows! I stopped eating here long ago, but in 2025, I decided to give it another try. I’m so glad I did! The food and desserts are incredibly fresh and taste absolutely delicious. On top of that, the staff has been so nice and attentive. It’s clear there’s been a positive change. Congratulations to the management and staff for creating such a wonderful experience!

Our go to spot when traveling to Tampa. Clean restrooms and we love to order ahead. This time one of the service members actually brought our food to us and checked on us during our meal. When traveling with 2 little ones it’s really helpful to have attentive staff. I believe her name was Tiffany!
