Panera Bread

A great place for a group to meet and enjoy talking ing with each other. The nice carpet helps keeps things quiet, and there was no loud music. Very relaxing with the choose two option of half sandwich and soup or salad a great value.

Wow! Excellent customer service shown by Front end Order taker & cashier Ms Eliva. The back staff in kitchen preparing foods was also amazing too. Super-clean Panera restaurant & totally safe environment! All staff we encountered wonderful attitudes & very helpful! Use your Panera APP! Great healthy choices!

Don't waste your time here. I spent 10 minutes waiting in a line for the cashier because all of their kiosks were either down or being used at the time. She took one look at the line, and walked to the back to talk to her co-worker friends. I waited in line for another 5 minutes before a kiosk finally opened, at which point she proceeded to walk back out to the register once and no one else was in line.

I ordered Panera delivery on the Panera app from this store. I ordered the smokehouse bbq chicken with extra fresh mozzarella. This is what I got. I threw the sandwich away. It was not edible. I complained through the app and as usual they would not assist me and told me to call the store. I called the store and was told I need to speak to the manager and I was put on hold for so long that I gave up.

Good food, helpful staff. Cleanliness was subpar, especially the bathrooms! Distugusting actually. And multiple dirty tables, it was hard to find a clean table to sit at. For a $17 lunch for 1 person I did not expect this.
