Panera Bread

Very poor customer service. I gave my name for my order, and the staff checked but didn’t provide any confirmation or wait time. I waited over 20 minutes with no clear communication, even though there was no line and no other customers waiting. When I asked for an update, the response was rude and dismissive, suggesting I cancel the order instead of explaining the delay. Basic communication and politeness were missing. Very disappointing experience. At 6:30pm sunday dec 21

Please secure the bag. Staple it closed for customer safety. This little piece of tape. Does nothing it is barely on. Yes the food maybe individually wrapped but there are other food items like bread and soup fully exposed.

This was our first time ordering online and picking up from the drive through. I must say that customizing my salad was far from intuitive. Typically a plus sign (+) means add and a minus sign (-) means subtract. Thankfully the woman at the drive through asked otherwise I would have had nothing but cilantro in my bowl - the one item I did NOT want in my salad bowl. I’m glad she took the time to ask. Now that’s great customer service - thank you! Food was as expected so I’ll certainly be back. Would love to see improvements with the online ordering.

This was my first visit to this location. After ordering through the app, I waited for my coffee and bagel. It did not come for a few minutes, and I had not been offered a cup for the coffee. It turned out that the app had not logged my order for coffee. When they brought up my order, they told me I had not ordered coffee. I was rudely to the workers. If I could do it again, I would be nicer. I took my bagel and cream cheese (without coffee), and left. When I opened the bag to eat my bagel, I found it was not toasted or even sliced. It was refrigerator cold. I like the coffee and the food at Panera, but my experience there has been spotty at best. The app has not worked out well for me either.

Sandra is super nice 👌😊, courteous, helpful, friendly, and a hard worker 💪😀. I mean, to be straight forward honest, all the crew work extremely hard and are very friendly. They balance their job assignments very well, work collaboratively and keep the Whole Panera areas well sanitized and aware of their surround. I love ❤️ 💜 this Panera bread because of the service and respect to their customers’ understanding of how they want their food 🍱 . This why I recommend this Panera bread as a good place to eat in as well as eating a balanced diet meals. Thank you all so much for all you do 🙏🤍 and allowing us to trust with our daily meals/health. Greatly appreciate!!
