Panera Bread

This place is garbage. How hard is it to make a sandwhich and soup? The sandwhich was cold and chicken was rubber. And this is soup? I get that the wild rice soup is meant to be creamy, but there's no liquid in this. Its the consistency of mashed potatoes. I'd barely call the food this panera serves edible. $28 for would-be food poisoning.

They gave me this sorry excuse of a bagel, hand for size reference. Looks nothing like advertised. I used to love Panera, especially their bagels. How do the bakers look at this and say yea let’s sell these…

I wasn’t feeling well and decided to have soup. I’ve never had Panera’s soup before but I gave it a try. They gave me a $9 bowl of chicken and noodles with NO broth. That’s right soup with no broth, how does a restaurant serve food like this? What type of lazy, worthless employees is this chain hiring? I would recommend going anywhere other than Panera Bread if you’re hungry unless you like to be extremely disappointed!

This location USED to be great and was the only option left after the CityPlace location closed down. But now, it being the only location left in the area, I still wouldn't go. The sandwich that I got was cold, and wanted a refund but was refused. Also, the decor and general upkeep of the interior have gone down drastically so that you don't even want to eat in there anymore.

That french dip looked delicious on the commercial. See the pic of what I was served. Not enough meat for a half sandwich when I paid for a whole. My soup portion was also half of what my wife got for a cup of soup. Two stars, the food was decent.
