Panera Bread

So, I ordered through Grubhub and everything in my order came good. The drink I ordered was a very sweet I literally needed to diluted it with water cause it was overly sweet. Next, my BLT that I ordered was good at the start but when I was about to eat the other half I saw a black plastic inside my sandwich. I was just in shock because I don’t know who made my sandwich but they literally put a medium sized plastic piece in my sandwich. So please tell your employees to do better because if I didn’t noticed on time I would’ve broke one of my teeth. 😡

I got there and had to wait in line for almost 10 minutes, they weren't even busy atm they were chit chatting in the kitchen. The cashier named Miranda didn't even greet me, which made me feel awkward and uncomfortable when I said hi with no response from her. I ordered a BOWL of rustic potato soup and a cup of Bacon Mac and cheese. She charged me for a cup for both instead of the bowl of soup I wanted. They tossed the bag onto the counter and she spelled my name wrong after I spelled it out to her. I do not recommend.

I think, right here is the best Panera Breads. Clean, cozy a place and nice employees.

I got my free drinks here (as a member of the sip free club). Service was fairly fast and looked organized. I’m sad the charged lemonades are gone from here. This Panera bread is very spacious with lots of comfy seating and decorations. There is also plenty of parking.

Great choices of bread for your egg sandwich and coffee here are always consistent. Very clean facility as well.
