This is what a Panera should be best in the chain! Others should manage their location like this one, I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Eric the manager after stopping in for lunch the food was perfect from food temps to salad to playing they have it nailed a most enjoyable experience! Thank you Eric !

This is the best Panera around. We come here very frequently and each time our orders are accurate and delicious. Equally important, we are always greeted with friendly staff. Eric is a very hard working manager and is consistently happy, greets us personally and truly cares about each customer experience. Keep up the great work!

I had the worst dining experience last night, which was especially disappointing since I had dined there just two days earlier and had such a great time that I decided to return with my family. This time, the female cashier refused to honor my reward treat that I was entitled to. I’m not sure if she didn’t know how to redeem it or simply chose not to, but she claimed I wasn’t eligible — which was untrue. Shortly after, I asked a server for an extra bowl. He told me that I needed to pay for it, which confused me since I wasn’t asking for any food — just a bowl. When I tried to clarify, he said I “didn’t make myself clear enough.” It felt dismissive, and the interaction was uncomfortable. I was very impressed with this location! The bathrooms were spotless, which really speaks volumes about the overall cleanliness and care of the place. When a bathroom is this clean, you can feel confident that the kitchen is just as well-maintained, which makes the whole dining experience so much better. The atmosphere here has a great, positive vibe, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was just as delicious as what I’ve come to expect from their other branches, consistently fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared.
