So again I tried to pray they would get my order right. Maybe it's just me because no matter how I order they never and I mean get my order right. Rather I go in, go through drive through or order on line. I'm never mean or use harsh words. So I don't get. The only thing that was good with my order is the fact the manager refunded some of my money. Also he was super nice. My issue is the people making the food. One day I went through drive through and order extra chicken on the side for my sandwich and extra sauce. We'll! I received chicken on the side but not on my sandwich and no extra sauce. Another time I went in and they still messed up my order and I checked my bag before leaving, which I'm happy I did with there track record. My order was wrong again. They remade it and I was ti

I had spent $40 on breakfast today, I asked for a green goddess avocado toast with egg whites. Came back home and there is no egg white on my toast. Workers were a bit rude with their side eyeing and stares. Please be better

This place has a horrible staff taking care of customers they need to be educated on the ability to understand what is a person asking for. One wrapper for a sandwich and a tiny bowl which didn’t work and then asked for a bigger bowl guess what it didn’t work either but it was bigger can you say liar 🤥 then go and she blames my son in-law which again liar 🤥 I asked for a manager and never got one I’m finding people in yulee fl are not very friendly or like to work go to other locations thanks

Twice now I’ve attempted to give this place business, both times through the drive thru, as I have a newborn and this is easiest for me right now. Both times I’ve sat in the drive thru for 5+ min at the speaker, with nobody there to take my order. When k drove up to the window, I see employees but they pretend not to see me. The second time this happened, I walked in, very upset. I calmly asked for the manager, Austin, and he acted like he didn’t have the time of day to hear my concern. I asked if anyone was at the drive thru and he said no. If there’s nobody at the drive thru, I think customers need to be made aware with a sign so they’re not sitting there waiting. This was terrible! First of all I'll ordered a salad. They didn't have salad. We replaced it with a sandwich that they said was like a Philly cheesesteak. It was like cheap sandwich meat you would get at a convenience store. The taste of the sandwich was terrible. I ordered sweet tea. It had no sugar in it at all. I poured the tea out and I threw the sandwich in the garbage. Can anybody spell ripoff? They gave me no discount at all. I paid a fortune for all this garbage.
