First time at Papa Franks and walking in the furniture needed replacing. It was in terrible shape. Seated quickly the chairs at the table wobbled and poor repair so I tried to switch but the chairs at the table next to us were as wobbly and weak. Waitress did not know the menu. One person ordered breaded veal but looked like road kill. Salads drowning in dressing, my order was wrong. Fettuccine was not good and the best part of the meal was a baked potato. Came time to pay and server never returned with my change. I mentioned it and they came back with the wrong change. Pretty sure the register will be off by $10. Half us had an ok meal but not $100 for the horrible atmosphere and poor food. Never saw anyone that looked like a manager and no one ever returned to ask if things were ok

Great experience over a late lunch on 1/28/26. Our server was absolutely amazing and attentive! The food came out quickly and piping hot. Very pleased with everything! Great job Papa Franks!

It’s a nice place and the server was sweet but the food is just not good. I ate here some years ago and thought I would try again, but still not good. I had ravioli and my friend has eggplant parmigiana. We both thought the food was bad. I love Saputo’s so they must use different recipes here.

Can't deny food was very good, placed an order for takeout. Total was about $12 more then what I added up with tax. I asked the bartender if there was a takeout fee and he looked confused and said no. I assume the menu is older? And prices have gone up, but it bothers me.

Highly recommend!! Food was absolutely AMAZING! Service was expecially amazing. Our waitress reviewed the history and the menu and answered our questions thoroughly! Again highly recommend this restaurant. Not outrageously expensive but great food!
