Papa Gino's

PG’s in Centerville not only kills it in the pizza prep but also in the customer service. Always a happy crew. Shout out to Eric (almost 8 years of service there), Steve and the rest of this all-star team. Keep on rocking - you all make a difference!!

Let me start by saying that this whole situation was not acceptable at all. I went into your establishment to order 4 lg pizzas 2 lg breadsticks and a catering order of wings. I went into about 1pm and wanted it to be delivered by 6:15 pm that evening. Melissa the manager on said absolutely it will be ready and be there. I had about 20 family members come over and at 630 I called the restaurant to see where the order was and she said it should be pulling up shortly so ok great! I live in an apartment so I went to the door to wait for it. 15 minutes later no order I call back again and she no w says to be I don’t know where he is I gave him the order at 6:02 so now you remember what time you gave it to him because not 15 minutes ago you said he should be pulling up shortly. Well 15 more

I hate to be a Debby Downer, but the cheese pizza was not too great tonight. Comparable to Dominos (which I hate). Idk what they did to the recipe, but it's not the original cheese pizza I used to love. My pickup order was supposed to be ready at 5:00. It was not in my hands until 5:25. I understand things happen. Upon arrival there were several people waiting for their orders. It seemed to be mass chaos on valentine day. Maybe it was just bad timing...idk. But, Papa Gino's will no longer be my go to for pizza,unfortunately

Dakota and Eric at Papa Gino’s Centerville are amazing workers who brighten my day every time I go into their building. Every time one of them makes my order it’s perfectly done. Highly recommend this location because of them!

We order takeout from Papa Gino's and never sit in the restaurant so I cannot comment on the dining room. Our orders are usually ready when they say they're going to be, and there's always service with a smile. Occasionally, usually during the summer season, the order will take a little longer. You can always strike up a conversation with others that are waiting, so the time passes quickly! Also, the orders are always correct. The restaurant is generally very busy, and they seem to always get it right in spite of the workload. I walked in and the nice young man knew my name! I don't know if that's good or bad! Ha ha! :-)
