Papa Gino's

We ordered food from this location to support our local school. The chicken wings were good BUT my husband ate the chicken prior to opening the box of pizza. My son took two slices of pizza and set it on his plate. There was hair on it. I called to let them know what happened. The manager got on the phone and proceeded to tell me that the people making the pizza are all bald. He also said nobody that works there has dark hair. He said he would refund the pizza. I think management needs to do better when responding to situations like this.

My coworker and I just grabbed lunch at Papa Gino’s. Atianna helped us at the front and she was SO friendly and welcoming!! Our first impression walking in was fabulous!! I got the lunch combo (2 slices of pizza and a drink for 8.99) and my coworker got a pepperoni melt and we split an order of mozzarella sticks. All of it was delicious! The food came out really fast too! They only offer bottled drinks, so that is something to keep in mind and it is Pepsi products only. I was excited about this, but I know there are a lot of hardcore Coca Cola fans. There was not anything wrong with the atmosphere (It was clean and everything) it just was just a little outdated. Definitely will be back next time I’m in town. Thanks for the great service!

The service & pizza are always delish. However, it's AWFUL that management hasn't updated the look within this location EVER. I should know, I've been visiting for at least 30 years. The bathroom is so outdated it never looks clean even if it is.

Rachel and Taylor brought excellent service and a warm charming atmosphere with punctuality and clean dining and work space for our late night cheese bread and chicken fingers needs. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Doesn’t seem very clean. No hand washing No glove usage. I seen the guy eating and he didn’t wash his hands after. Don’t think I’ll come back.
