Papa Joe's Pizza & Italian Restaurant

Wonderful dinner date. The veal marsala was so amazing, just the way I like it with lots of chunky mushrooms! The veal was very flavorful and tender. The baked ziti was awesome, as were the addictive garlic knots, and garlic bread. I enjoyed talking to the owners, Joe and Michael. This is one of our favorite spots. We'll be back soon.

Beyond impressed with our visit tonight! We were a party of 8- as soon as we walked in we were happily greeted! Our waitress was Sara who was so great…she worked so well with our crazy loud family and our loads of special requests. We ordered a gluten free pizza and gluten free Mac and cheese for the kids- it was absolutely the BEST gluten free pizza and pasta we’ve ever had at a restaurant. We also ordered 2 regular pizzas which were fantastic. Also a huge shout out to Mike who helped with our table and who showed so much professionalism, patience, and care towards us. Definitely our new spot, we can’t wait to come back!!!

This place gives such great family vibes. Love the pizza. Love the garlic knots. Great vibes from staff. So happy to have found a new pizza spot as newcomers to the area. Can't wait to try more of their menu!

First visit and we went to the Longwood location. Really nice neighborhood spot. Old school Italian-American style menu items. Sauces were rich and flavorful. Food was tasty and hot. Service was efficient and prompt , but perhaps because they get so many regulars there wasn’t a lot of explanation or enthusiasm to guide us, even when we tried to draw out a bit of help. Lasagna and chicken parmigiana were generous and delicious portions. NY style pizza as others note was specific to that style and is also well made and quite good. Nice to find a locally owned neighborhood place that fills that niche

It was my 1sr time ordering & last! When I called to inform how this pie was boxed for a customer myself. I was told by the owner he is too busy to make proper cuts or to detail any pie! Do you see the crust burnt and completely uneven do you see the difference in the cut sizes of this pie! Do you see it looks completely unsanitary! If you want great pizza this is not the Pizzeria! That’s what I get for supporting local I should have just drove to Jerry’s pizza!
