Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered at 5:33. It was supposed to arrive between 6:13-6:23. At 6:45 I called the store, they said the driver got into an accident, and that they were sending it back out with a few garlic sauce cups for the inconvenience. Ok no problem at all, I hope the driver is ok. At 7:15 I get a notification from the app that it’s been refunded. No call, no email, no text, no nothing. I didn’t even see it until 7:30. So now my kids waited TWO HOURS for pizza that never even came. And they wouldn’t even answer the phone when I called. What a disappointment… *update * the pizza finally showed up at 8:32pm 🤦‍♀️ thanks for waking up my kids. And one of the cheese stick orders wasn’t even cut, I’m missing two ranch cups, didn’t have the “extra garlic cups” they said they’d send, and the pizza box wasn

This restaurant used to be decent. Over the past year I have had so many issues 😔. Most recently I had a bad pizza to which they sent me a coupon for a free pizza. I went to use it and was told it's only for pickup. I don't think that's ok. The manager got in the phone and said that's right and the GM agrees. So beware if ordering from here. I decided to go with another pizza place that actually wants my business.

Highly impressed with service and the pizza and side items were hot, fresh, and delicious! Everyone working today needs a raise! 10 out of 10 recommended and for those with issues previously noted give them another try. The issues have been corrected, trust me!

Ordered my family a pizza today sat down to eat. When I started eating. The cheese on the pizza wasn’t all the way melted and the pizza was still doughy. The worst ever. I know the difference between cheese and not some dough. Papa John just lost a customer. When I called they didn’t offer anything.

I was told multiple times that the food was going to be ready in 6 mins…it’s getting close to 30 mins now. I’m making this post in real time-I’m here for a DoorDash delivery. Not respectable of customers time
