Papa Johns Pizza

Thank you very much for the awesome service and delivery! I had to call twice to adjust the time of the order/delivery, and Papa Johns was awesome with meeting our needs. Unfortunately, I got an email that said the order did not meet their standards and I have received 50% off next order. I believe this was a mistake, because everything about the order and delivery was perfect. I hope you can use this as evidence that my order was satisfactory and can change how it was marked internally. Appreciate this location!

I order from this location for carry out because my delivery address requires using the Plainfield location and this location is almost always better. My order on 12/22/25 was even better than usual. Thank you to those working that afternoon that made everything even better than expected.

Honestly, Papa John's gets a lot of heat from people. I get it, sometimes things don't turn out, the order is incorrect, people having bad days and bringing it to work. But last night, we ordered 2 large pizzas and they looked good and they tasted good! They were both correct and the whoever the delivery driver was, shout out to him!

Ordered on doordash and originally they sent the wrong pizza entirely. Got a refund through doordash and re ordered the pizza. Pizza was stuck to the pan it was cooked on and was only able to get 3 pieces off to actually eat. This papa johns was called both times and they told me I had to do everything through doordash and get a refund. I just wanted a pizza bro. I understand ordering through doordash is a different system but straight up I just wanted a pepperoni pizza for dinner. Guess that’s too much to ask for from this place 🤷🏼‍♂️

Normally everything is great. The sent my order through Door dash and this is what I received. Apparently he carried it like a sack of groceries. The manager is making this right, but Door dash is terrible.
