Papa Johns Pizza

We ordered pizza from this location on Valentine’s Day and received the both pizza covered with jalopeno and banana pepper. It almost looks like they just did really bad job putting the toppings on our pizza. I can not believe the amount of both peppers on the pizza . Never will order again from this location .

Placed an online order at 6:22pm paid in full online with a 20% tip in advance and order was confirmed with a delivery time of 7:13-7:23pm. A received a text message notification at 6:57pm notifying me that my order was on its way. At 7:27pm my order had still not yet arrived. I called the store and spoke with the night manager who was extremely rude and said the order was out for delivery but the driver took two orders on that trip and mine was second for delivery even though we only live 7 minutes from the store. My order had at this point been riding around in the delivery driver’s car for 30 minutes and the night manager said well there is nothing I can do for you, I can’t make traffic go any faster and it will be there when it gets there and was being extremely dismissive, rude and yo

NO cheese on my pizza. How do you mess this up? 3 ingredients!!! BREAD, SAUCE, CHEESE, IN THAT ORDER. How do you only put a scrap of cheese around the edge, but none in the middle?! Edit: I called back and they claim "2 cups of cheese" went onto the pizza, and the employee on the phone swears she did it correctly. But I have never had a pizza come out like this before. I mistakenly thought I ordered using a different coupon code before, to which I admitted was my mistake, but then she tell me "well you thought you ordered 3 mediums, but you got 2 larges" as if that changes anything about the sorry excuse of a pizza I got. I just wanted pizza on New Years. Always go local for pizza. I've lived in 3 states and they NEVER get it anywhere I've lived.

There was a sudden spike in quality at this location, but there's still problems. The dough is better, and they ACTUALLY used cheese this time. instead of barely any on it, But they still skimp on toppings. I asked for double mushroom and I may as well just be giving them free money. Whats the point of asking for double anything if they just put the same amount? I cant even ask for triple of the same topping to make sure they give me what I want. If anyone from this location is reading, PLEASE actually do double of the same topping when people ask for it or you're essentially skimming money off the top when people ask for it. As a family of 7, Pizza is one of our go to meals when it's late or getting home from events. Papa John's is one of our favorite go to places. I worked and managed pizza shops for nearly 10 years. So I may be a little bit more critical when it comes to good pizza joints. Tonight..... the food was great and they didnt miss a beat with quality. The failure tonight comes from the customer service department. From what seemed to be the manager on duty, Christopher. He answered my call dismissively, as if he did not want to take the order.
