Papa Johns Pizza

The manager on the phone is lacking basic knowledge of policies. They have lied to us twice. Once by saying they would add 3 dollars worth of items (with an 8 dollar tip) spoke to "manager" who said they would "fix" the order. Long story short he didnt fix the order or even call back to confirm. In the future I'm going to try to order from another location. Strongly urge corporate to check on this location for policy management. Attached is a photo of 4+dollars. 2 exta peppers and 2 extra anchovies. I see 1 pepper and barely any anchovies

Where to begin? After my last failed experience with this store involving delivery, I decided to try take out. Watching the employees argue to the point of needing separated was a pleasant way to pass the time while I waited 20 minutes longer than projected. Missing sauces, uncut pizzas, and wrong toppings gave the order a sense of familiarity that I've come to expect from Papa John's.

Went in to pick up an order tonight and the poor girl at the counter was nice to the customers but had impatient customers keep asking for their food when she had already told them the orders were not completed yet and her coworkers were making sure the orders were boxed correctly. She apologized professionally and profusely. She was asked by someone to stop putting the stickers, with order numbers on them or customer information, on the boxes because it was confusing the people boxing them. Not sure how that is confusing. Then she was told to stop giving out the orders because they might be wrong but then a few minutes later the other workers were upset that she wasn’t calling out names and handing out orders. One of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. Dry and unflavorful. The toppings were supposed to be on one half but instead they were on just a quarter of it and very little.

My food was awful. The cheesebread had 2 big bubbles so it was dry on top. My jalapeño pepper bites had not on drop of Alfredo sauce. I called and they were rude and had an attitude and just told me to call back Tuesday.
