Papa Johns Pizza

THE WORST experience I've ever had anywhere ever! I accidentally placed my order for the wrong pick up time. Instead of handing me my cold pizza (which would've been ENTIRELY my own problem) the lady told me they threw it out & refused to remake. Yes they refunded the money, but was treated so obnoxiously rude. There's a million other pizza places to choose from, especially around here. ANY other option would be better. This was my first & last experience. I've never been so mad i had to leave my review before leaving the parking lot.

I wanted to take advantage of the any topping $10 deal they have going right now, cuz it's pretty decent. I'm disabled though and delivery is extremely expensive (The cost of the pizza I wanted would have been double). I called the Papa John's corporate customer service number, and I asked if I could order a pizza for pickup and then they would bring it out to my car for me If I drove through the store and parked my car in front. The customer service rep told me that was no problem, all I had to do is order my pizza on the app and then call the store when I showed up to get the pizza delivered out to my car for no extra cost. My physicians office put in an order for both our clinic floors only for their driver to deliver only one order to our facility and not for our other floor. I figured it might’ve been an accident so I called back to ask about the status only for an operator to tell us that we should know better than to just leave suite numbers instead of “leaving detailed description as to who is supposed to receive it” I tried explaining to him that our suite numbers are divided by floors with a receptionist for each one and that it should’ve been given to someone at the front desk instead of someone standing by it. After my delivery was over an hour later than what they said it would be here, it was absolutely disgusting. They didn’t put my pepperoni that I paid for on my pizza!! Not happy!!!

I preordered pizzas to be delivered for a lunch reward for a kindergarten class. The pizza was supposed to be delivered at 11:15. At 11:40 the pizzas were still not there. I called the store and was accused they of being rude because I inquired why they didn’t inform me they didn’t have a delivery driver during the day and were relying on DoorDash. I cancelled the order and asked that my money be refunded.
