Papa Johns Pizza

You guys know that due to a terrible experience with Papa Johns few years ago I literally stopped eating pizza; but I met Sabrina at my actual job and she recommended the Braselton location (she worked for Papa Johns for a long time). I have to say that I am eating pizza again because of her recommendation; this location close to Chateau Elan is the best, pizza is on point always not burned, tasty, right ingredients, etc. The team is very attentive and I noticed that they wear caps to cover the hair (very important) in general this location looks clean and organized. This is all I need to keep driving 30 minutes to pick up my pizza!

Terrible....worst Papa JOhn"s location ever. Ordered extra toppings ... Came with 4 small pieces of pepperoni almost no toppings on pizza!! Look at the picture. Barely cooked. Not well done as requested. Really really pissed off with my order. Never order here again!!! Call to complain and been on hold for 30 minutes so far....

Best case scenario you end up with a Papa John's pizza. You know what that tastes like. It's always fine. If you order from this one, be prepared to be so mad you can hardly eat it. This is twice now the app says it's ready, but when you head inside, you wait with 10 other angry people for an additional 20 minutes in a tiny waiting area of pure chaos. Employees are completely lost and have 0% empathy for their customers who believe their pizza is ready when it is not. Good leadership is apparently hard to find at this location in Braselton. Absolute 🤡 show.

This Papa John’s started off pretty decent. We moved over here two years ago. However, they have gone completely downhill. Tonight we ordered a pizza online requesting for extra sauce. Once the pizza arrive my kids started eating a few slices. As I sit down, I realize there wasn’t hardly any sauce on the pizza. So I call them to see about correcting the issue. Long story short the young lady that was on the phone tells me that the manager will refund me the money on my debit card. (However, I paid cash). So when I tell her there’s no way you can refund me since I paid cash, the managers tell her to tell I can’t give you a refund. I can give you a 35% discount instead since you’ve already ate some of the pizza. Not only was he rude and arrogant, but he refused to give me his name to contact

Pizza not even cut, called and just let them know and they offered another pizza, didn't really want it but they insisted. FINALLY got my pizza cut and gave my friend a piece and I took a bite, and it's doughy. I called back to let them know I just wanted my refund, I didn't even want the pizzas, and the "manager" said that I obviously want the pizza, and I won't be getting a refund (or another pizza, that I didn't even want in the first place.) I just want what I paid for, or a refund. This is ridiculous and I just wanted to eat, but now I can't eat because it's doughy and they refuse to give me a refund. The major cut in there is from my PLASTIC KNIFE.
