Papa Johns Pizza

I have just had a large pizza and wings ordered from this location, food quality was so bad, pizza crust wasn't original crust at all,crust was so uneven and it wasnt well cooked either.. completely disappointed..

I’m giving this a one star cause the pizza and wings I picked up to take home and enjoy seemed like they cooked it at a low temperature. The bone in wings was way under cooked and the pizza was very soft and limp. The toppings and the cheese wasn’t cooked properly. Don’t think I’m ordering this again. Cause I had the same Experience at their older location down the street. They never cooked their pizza right . The papa John’s on 16th Ave takes care of you. Be careful ordering from the center point location

Ordered a large 3 topping pizza. Had to wait quite a bit longer for food to be done. Drove 20 minutes to park for the night. Pizza wasn't cut at all into slices. There was no indentation to look like an attempt was made. I don't have any way to cut my pizza and have to tear apart with my hands. This is very disappointing coming from one of my favorite pizza chains. This ruined my whole dinner experience and will not be returning to this location ever. I tried calling by cell, and they hung up the phone before I could talk with someone. Tried calling back again, and there was no answer. Decided to leave this review afterward.

Ordered onion and green pepper on whole pizza and pepperoni on one half. As you can see in the picture not only is my pizza cut poorly but only 1/3 of the pizza actually has any toppings and the pieces with toppings are barely correct themselves. Would recommend another store or pizza joint all around.

Short staffed and waited over an hour for pizza. We had requested delivery, but eventually drove to the store ourselves because it was taking so long. Still waited at the store. Only one person working on a football Sunday! Splurged on a new football pizza. They remembered the laces, but not the regular cheese. We were starving, so we ate it anyways. Wasn't going to wait another hour for replacement. I pay a premium for Papa John's, but our local shop can't meet my expectations.
