Papa Johns Pizza

Just wanted to Thank the Papa John staff and company for appreciating local food delivery drivers. I Work for both GrubHub and Doordash and a lot of orders are low pay cuz it's hard times. This makes it easier to accept those low tip orders. It was delicious and I look forward to filling another card.

It was awful ill never eat the agian the way the staff got treated when I was there,I was astonished, some guy was yelling at the manager and the poor worker just asked the man very politely to please stop yelling at hey and they had the audacity to reprimand him for that they told him y to leave and everything the guy stayed late to help he told me someone called out so he stayed this is the worst company ever 😢 I even think they might of fired him im appalled the man was only trying to descalate the situation wow 👌 not okay papa jhon.or Shaquille O'Neil who ever owns it like that's absurd

Tried to call in an order for a cheeseburger pizza that was in a paper coupon ad. The coupon ad was sent to my house a few days ago. When I called the phone number provided by google, a man answered the phone, but the man was not even from the Chambersburg Papa Johns store. He said "I cannot place your order and I will have to transfer you to the store" The store answered to phone and asked me for my order. I said I wanted a cheeseburger pizza from the ad. They informed me that they no longer carry the pizza even though it is also on the Papa Johns website.

I ordered a large seven topping pizza and there was barely anything on there aside from cheese. I guess this location doesn't care about customers ever coming back.

As with anything else that used to be good…quality went downhill, cheaper ingredients and stingy on the toppings…this is supposed to be a cheesesteak papadia…where the cheesesteak at 🤔 and for $7….I hope this particular franchisee closes up shop SOON!
