Ordered on the app and went in to pick up. Love the super sweet cashier (6/13/23 @630pm). The guys standing outside were being loud. We Ordered a the new Cool Ranch Doritos Papadia, it is DELICIOUS and the sauce is too(need more).
Will never order from them again !!! Pizza was left on the porch with no knock or doorbell ring … Letting doordashers destroy your brand… Then manager hung up on me after lying about correcting the issue 🤬🤬 Cold food never would’ve thought 🤬🤬🤬
I haven't had Papa John's in several years and wanted to finally try their stuffed crust pizza...glad I did! Their stuffed crust was really good. I didn't have any issues with my order and the pizza was done in no time. Customer service was great when I went in to the store to get my order. Everyone was friendly and spoke as soon as you walked in. Overall great experience!
First, I DONT KNOW WHY THEY CALL THEM LEMON PEPPER WINGS THEY HAVE NO LEMON ON THEM. Second, The Hot wings tasted baby soft. Third, the pizza could you more sauce The lady that was taking our order was really patient and nice.
This is the third and probably the last time we will order from this PJ’s. Every time there is something wrong with our order or they’ve forgotten something. This time they forgot to cut it (the photo is when my husband was cutting it) and it wasn’t cooked all the way through. We even asked for well done but it wasn’t even regular done. We also paid for extra sauces and they didn’t include them.
