Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered the shaq a roni pizza, pizza was cold, crust tasted like old grease. About 1/2 the pepperoni and cheese that it should have. Save your money go somewhere else!!

I placed an order for delivery and I’ve had problems with DoorDash and other places not delivering to the correct address in the past so I called the store to make sure they had all the correct info, which Rachel, the manager, assured me they knew where I was and sent the driver on her way. After a long wait I called back and Rachel said “nobody answered at the gate so she came back”. Nobody called me asking for a gate code, and my phone never rang, nor my husbands. Which means she didn’t even try looking me up at the box. When I told her that, she apologized and sent the driver back. When we met her at the gate she had a nasty attitude and proceeded to speed out of the parking lot. I almost followed her to the store but I didn’t want a fight. The pizza came cold. We was told that the pizza would be here at 8:00 bit it got here at 8:45. It was not good at all. It was cold and although I ordered half of one pizza to have spinach, mushrooms and green peppers, it had mostly green peppers. I am very disappointed with this order. I will not purchase anymore pizza anytime soon. I expected better!!!! I could have eaten a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and it would have been better than this pizza yuk, yuk, yuk

Dry tasteless crust/bread, no taste whatsoever, toppings and cheese practically non existent. Literally had to put it in the oven with some seasoning and oil to bring the pizza to life the second I got home. Waste of money and time.

Thank you BRENT for the great customer service before we even entered the store he walked back into work before us and held the door. He also completed our order with cups, napkins, plates and a “have a nice night” Robert assisted us with placing our order and he was pleasant. The one thing he could have done better was placing our receipt in our hand instead we of sliding it across the counter. I like that there is a machine to purchase trading cards, a donation jar for veterans and lots of seating.
