Papa Johns Pizza

I love Pappa John’s however this store needs help with orders. I don’t think they understand English or just cannot communicate or understand. When I checked a card they said was declined, the bank confirmed they never received the request. The pizza was sparse on some slices leaving just the dough exposed.

I've had their wings they're not too bad but I would say their pizzas are pretty decent for the price even though they're more priceier than other locations like Domino's and stuff but I am disappointed today when I ordered the heart-shaped pizza I ordered it from Little Caesars before and it was actually a decent size and I thought with Papa John's and the price of about $12 it would be a good decent size for medium and it's like thin crust and it looks small I'm not sure if Pizza Hut has a larger size because Pizza hut's looked a lot better than this one. But I guess it's a good thing I ordered two pizzas because one would not have been enough for four people Update delivery order. Delivery was good. I ordered for uber delivery at 8pm. It's been and hour! The poor Uber guy is still there waiting for my order to be done. I only got two pepperoni pizzas! My poor kids wanted pizza for a movie night.

The older African American lady that I've been seeing here for years since I moved to the neighborhood is always very pleasant and very quick. The food generally comes out cooked the right way and the way that I asked for and the quality is good enough for a fast pizza place.

Been ordering from this place for over 11 years exclusively. The quality of the food has been getting worse and worse but tonight was the worse.. all the specialty pizza hardly any ingredients and we found multiple strands of cooked HAIR!! 🤢 We called them to let them know but this is it for us, switching to another pizza company. We’ve eaten Papa John’s most of our lives.
