Papa Johns Pizza

On Tuesday October 1, 2024. I order the back to school special 9.99 one topping pizza. The first pizza was a cheese pizza, extra sauce light cheese. The second pizza was half black olives and half chicken. My daughter ate the cheese pizza and woke up with a stomach ache and throwing up the next morning. I ate a slice of the chicken and a slice of the black olive. The next day, my OTHER daughter warmed up 2 slices of the chicken side of the pizza only to find a freakin FLY 🪰 baked into the pizza. Omg........I called the store location(dallas nebo) ask to speak with a manager. I ended up talking to a team leader, whom I thought was the manager. Explained to her what my daughter found in her pizza the next night after warming a slice up to eat! As u can see in the photo, that the fly was lit

My friend ordered pizza from Papa John's, and when we came to pick it up, the employees were extremely friendly and excellent at their jobs. The food was also very fresh and delicious as always.

We went in Sunday afternoon to pick up pizza after church My 4 year old was having a bit of a problem and Caren stepped in and was so kind and welcoming and she made everything so much better for my boy Papa John’s is very lucky to have someone like her working and making us feel like we mattered and could be helped with more than just pizza

Ordered a bunch of random stuff with 2 pizzas for lunch. 60$ feeding 6 with leftovers. Food was great. Pickup is way cheaper

Super nice customer service and it did not take long to get our food. Austin was also very nice!
