Papa Johns Pizza

My pizza was very little slices was bite sized definitely not even, there was plastic in my pizza and they refuse to answer my call because they don’t want to refund me!!! Do not eat here they make the worst pizza I rather eat at dominos

If I could rate zero stars I would. Ordered a gluten free pie, when I arrived for pick up, I was not greeted and when I was asked my order the worker walked over with a box full of cheese on the side and bottom. I opened my box and saw the cheese was all over the cardboard and pizza was not aligned. I asked for a new pie and was told “it’s fine the way it is, it’s just cheese”. Called customer service 5x prior to someone contacting me to resolve the issue in a refund.

The store at 52 Lincoln hwy at Edison is really bad. 1.5 hours delay and gave half baked pizza. Seems like one family is running the store who dont know the basic management.

Our family had an extremely disappointing experience with this Papa John’s location on Sunday, October 19th. My father placed a prepaid delivery order by phone through the Edison branch for a family gathering of over 20 people at the MLK Cricket Ground. Since the park was within the South Plainfield delivery zone, the order was transferred to that store. The delivery driver called my father once, but when he returned the call just minutes later, the driver claimed to have already taken the order back and refused to return—despite several people being present at the park. When my father later contacted the stores, both the Edison and South Plainfield staff were rude and unhelpful. Horrible experience and worst service. First of all the guy at counter gave me USED and DIRTY PLATES. Once I reach home I was horrified seeing all food all over the used plates(see the photos). I placed order forEpic Stuffed Special pizza and got experienced worst pizza in my life. I didn't receive my pizza as per my order. This pizza no way epic nor special. Plz never order from here and see the attached photos.
