Papa Johns Pizza

I gave a five star for her atmosphere, although truthfully, I’ve never been inside. I know ordering Papa John’s in New York City might sound kind of crazy for somebody who is visiting from out of town, but their consistency is top-notch. It is exactly like the one at home (which I cannot say of the Papa John’s that we ordered from downtown in South Carolina). I’ve ordered twice, the first time, the driver called when he was here and I let him know that both my legs are broken and I cannot walk downstairs. This time, the driver called when he was about five minutes away. I guess he remembered me and he knew that a nurse had to come down to get it. I order very frequently here. Always on the app (Which I highly recommend as you get points and can see all the deals). I always order the 2 medium (up to 2 toppings) pizza for $6.99 each. It’s such a great deal and some times I add also the jalapeño bites. In my birthday month I also claim the free cookie pie. Many times I’ve claimed $10 off rewards from my app which I can combine with their deals. Again, highly recommend getting the app. In terms of the pizza and the food, I’ve never had any problems. Always taste good. The pizza is generally made very quickly. I always order for pick up at that moment. Some times the app will tell me a longer wait time like 30-40 instead of 15-20 but I find that it’s still done at 15-20. But the email is great at telling you the status of the pizza. Th

Ordered from this establishment twice on Saturday and Sunday and each day the food was poorly packaged and sealed also it was inedible. I ordered through DoorDash on both instances, however the phone was never answered once the place of business was contacted. The food that was sent to my home was disrespectful and will cause many future present and past guest to look other places for their food consumption satisfaction. I’m highly dissatisfied in the service both Papa Johns and Door Dash provided! The pictures are the live pictures taken upon arrival on the food poorly packaged sealed and prepared from Papa Johns on Sunday 4/23/23 at midnight. Horrible service and manager. Called to report about cheese-less slices. Barely any toppings. I called to resolve and the manager does not want to help solve the problem. Any other manager with a brain would be kind enough to resolve any issue. Order usually comes perfect, but Friday nights are not the best. I PAID FOR CHEESE, SAUCE, AND TOPPINGS. NOT JUST A COUPLE OF SLICES

This place is always my fav pizza place but today I am so disappointed.it’s freezing outside -7 degree Celsius and guy brought the pizza in a hand.they are charging so much at the same time they should be mindful to send it in a hot bag.i was going to give him tips but its not worth giving the tips..I can’t give them even one star..who likes to eat cold pizza in this freezing weather 😡😡😡
