Papa Johns Pizza

Door dashed it because OFC they don't deliver. Both pies burned to a crisp. I didn't even order it "well done". If you order it well done, they deliver it to you in an urn.

We ordered our pizza and drink. When our driver came, he told us he forgot our drink and said he would be back in 10 minutes. I called the store after 30 minutes because we had already finished eating by then! The woman who picked up spoke muffled English and was hard to understand. She told me that he didn’t come back because it was snowing. It was literally just flurries! Not even enough to cover the road! This is unacceptable and no way to run a business as big as Papa John’s. I’ll never order from here again. Customer service was not to the level of expectancy that I’ve had with other Papa John’s locations.

I ordered to be cooked normal and it tastes raw. The crust is wet and uncooked. I ordered extra sauce which was put in crust and it pours right out when picked up. Needs to be cooked. Plus doordash did not deliver according to my instructions. Disgusting. No taste and i even got cheese filled crust. Awful. Would not recommend

The pizza is not good at all, it is not cooked well, it is intermittent and has no taste. The worst branch ever and it has too much salt.

Terrible experience don’t come here, the pizza is overpriced. Burnt, and raw at the same time. I got the heart shaped pizza and it was thing and not cut. It was burnt. I had to cut it myself. Their English isn’t good either
