Papa Johns Pizza

Pizza showed up ten mins late and was room temperature. To make things worse I ordered a Shaq-a-roni which is extra cheee and extra pepperoni. As you can see in this picture this is just a regular pepperoni pizza. Additionally I always order well done pizza and only once out of 10 times has it been well done e

I ordered an extra large Hawaiian pizza from this location and it was a huge letdown. Only about 15% of the pizza had toppings, the rest was just plain crust. Hardly any cheese, barely any sauce — it honestly felt like I was eating a dry loaf of bread. For the price of an XL, this was beyond disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and skip this store.

Consistently bad. Either way over cooked, lacking toppings, very little cheese, or only a portion of the slice near the edges has sauce. Time for a staff training day from corporate.

I just ordered some breadstick and these are completely raw. I called the store and told Manager about it and she’s telling me that you take it back while I cannot go back to the store at this point she said bring it back all the way to 1 in the morning we’re open. This was the last time I ever ordered from this crappy nasty place. I would never recommend anybody ordering from this place ever again that’s the worst place to order things from.

Trace took care of us with top-tier service at this Papa John’s. Cool attitude, fast with the order, and made sure everything came out fresh and right. You can tell he really cares about the customers. Appreciate you Trace — keep doing your thing!
