Papa Johns Pizza

Been this location for years, the crust is getting thinner and thinner, the toppings is a joke. I ordered three toppings, pepperoni chicken and onion, barely can see the toppings.

This papa John’s needs to hire better or more employees. Took 40 minutes for a carry out order to be ready. The screen was full of orders but the employees were moving at a sloth speed.

9/6/2024 Last review was in the freeze last year, see below. Tonight we made the mistake of ordering again lol it was so dry and bubbles and tough, there was no sauce just bubbles of dough and cheese. Go to dominos, it's way more consistent if you live in 76244. Review during the big freeze. February 2024. Papa John's has never really been the most consistent, but this location is glimmering example of the worst the chain has to offer. On the second try on our order, this is what I got. After they mistakenly delivered to a neighbor on the first attempt. Large pizza, extra pepperoni, extra cheese, extra sauce. This is what they delivered. I called and the lady had the nerve to be like "it's extra cheese so the pepperoni is under everything"... My response oh really I'm ripping the toppings

They totally messy up the order. Toppings were not what I ordered. There were human hair and I will not recommend this location to anyone .

Spent $40 on one pizza asked for extra crispy it did not even come normal crispy was extremely doughy and just all flop with all the toppings and cheese sliding off I just don’t see how these companies can continue to charge more and more and the service just gets worse and worse
