Papa Johns Pizza

I dont think I've ever had a normal experience at this place nor do I think my order has ever been correct. I ordered two things of boneless wings last night and got bone in. Thats whatever I dont personally care but others in my house did. I ordered two pizzas one was perfect. The otherrr....... it was supposed to be chicken,pineapple, and jalapeño. For some odd reason in was pineapple, some sort of spicy chicken, and mushrooms. My partner hates mushrooms with a passion and wouldn't eat the pizza.... my app also says one price and my bank says another. Im just all around not happy with my experiences at this location. Added one star because you fixed your door!

I bought 3 large pizzas Friday night. Two of them were perfect the 3rd was a huge disappointment. It was supposed to be The Meats. It was almost 1/2 without meat. I called and told the manager about it and he offered for me to bring it back and he would remake it. It's Friday, traffic is bad, my brood was hungry and i didn't have time to drive back. Although he was nice enough to offer to remake it, I would have appreciated a discount or a store coupon. Disappointing. 👎

Well done anchovie, pineapple, bell pepper pizza🦈🍍 🫑 sooo good! Switching the bell pepper with jalapeño is also lekker 😋

Entering the establishment with my grandson the Jack/worker DOES NOT greet me didn't say a word until I started ordering as though he was upset that I came in!! Papa John's needs a class on customer service!!!

I work down the street from this place so I order here a lot usually late nights or a hour before closing and the staff are always friendly and my food is always fresh and cooked to perfection!
