Papa Johns Pizza

The one thing this location has going for them is they are consistent. Consistently rude, slow, and the under cook the pizzas - even when you select well done in the app. Finally, when you arrive to pick up your pizza bring a bell - they absolutely ignore you standing at the counter. Usually go to the Papa John’s in Powhatan, but I was forced to go to this one today and I regret it. Today, like many times before, I stood there for 5 minutes while the workers did their best to not make eye contact. I could go on, but you get the picture. I’m going to eat my cold and under cooked pizza.

Papa johns...hmm...pizza has no flavor no matter how many toppings, its overpriced, overrated and is just some tasteless crap that the nfl and NBA endorses. Garbage...go to marcos if you want some flavor and proper distribution of toppings. Papa John's and domino's are the worst 2 places you could order a pizza from..id rather buy a red baron frozen pizza than pay for and eat this cardboard crap

I have worked in food service for ten years, so I don't leave this review to be harsh, as I know how stressful the job can be. At the same time, I also know how valuable feedback is, which is why I'm sharing mine. Tonight, I ordered online from this Papa John's and requested toppings only on the left half of my pizza, leaving the right half plain cheese. When I picked it up, not only were there very few toppings, but they were scattered across both sides of the pizza, and the pizza hadn't even been sliced. When I entered the restaurant, I also noticed that the staff seemed extremely overworked and overwhelmed. Without anyone dedicated to the front, walk-in and carryout customers often go unacknowledged. There also doesn't seem to be a streamlined system for pickup orders, leaving the kit

One of the worst pizzas I've ever had & it was just an extra large plain cheese pizza with extra cheese... Over half had little sauce/cheese while other part had extra sauce/cheese... The only good thing was the driver was great & got it to me on time... I live in DC & I'm late with review cause I was/still watching brother's house/dogs who live in Midlothian, VA while he/family ran in the Marine Corps Marathon in DC where I currently live... Also here to check on Mom who is residing at Lucy Corr under hospice care...

1/5/25 watched the person make my pizza by sticking her UNGLOVED hand in the toppings, not sure if that's kosher these days. Terrible attitude. Asked for parmesean crusted...gave me regular. Looks almost burnt. Will NOT be coming back here.
