Papa Johns Pizza

I keep ordering from this place because of name recognition but the pizza always sucks. My pizza today was greasy and super bitter. Throwing it away and ordering from someone else. Everyone in the house complained it was terrible

Discovered HAIR in our pizza. We called and the guy who answered was extremely rude, sighed when we told him and pretty much didn’t care. Told him we’d send pics and he said “I don’t got time for all that”. Offered us a free pizza for next time… no thank you. Never again.

Horrible service they are the definition in the main reason why Papa John’s is going under as a business. Customers are treated horrible and disrespected. I advise you to never place an order for delivery from this location. it will not arrive

I’ve been ordering from this location for years now and have never experienced a negative outcome, until today. I gave them a quick call after opening the box, seeing how tragically misplaced the pizza was, and was very satisfied with the response. The manager quickly confirmed my order # and name, sent me a whole new pie and just like that, I could enjoy my marlins game with a perfect up to par pizza! Thank you for being so prompt and responsive to my order.

I love everything about this place the people are nice amazing customer service and the food taste great, will be my new pizza spot thanks to the manager and his staff they work very hard to make sure customers are satisfied
