Papa Johns Pizza

I pre-ordered two pizzas through the Papa John’s app and picked them up on my way home from work. Both pizzas were wrong. One was supposed to have no sauce (as clearly stated on the receipt), but it had sauce. The other was supposed to be well done, but the peppers and onions were raw and crunchy, like they hadn’t been cooked at all. On top of that, I was missing a dipping sauce I had paid for. I called and asked for a manager. A woman who said she was management (Kaitlyn/ Caitlyn) got on the phone. Instead of listening, she was argumentative, but eventually told me she would add two replacement pizzas to my phone number as part of their quality guarantee. I hadn’t ordered from Papa John’s in a long time and had high hopes, but unfortunately, the pizza was not good. As you can see in the pictures, it lacked cheese in many areas and had heavy patches of just tomato sauce. The toppings looked like they were just dumped on with no care for an even distribution, and the jalapeños tasted old and hard. I ended up picking off the jalapeños. The one redeeming factor was our delivery driver, who was so sweet and kind. That said, this experience didn’t inspire me to come back anytime soon. I’ll continue my break from Papa John’s for now.

Pizza was cold, cheese sticks were crunchy and thin as paper. Worse pizza place in town!

The General Manager was the rudest, most stuck up, incompetent "Manager" I have ever seen. He was the absolute worst at everything we asked. Simple questions such as could I get some help with the best deals and he said no. Straight up, no. NEVER talk to the "General Manager" the absolute worst person to ever deal with. Disgusting behavior, do better.

Order 1 papadia it ended up being(one piece of pizza folded in half)and cheese sticks with bacon.. was over 30 dollars for delivery took a little over an hour to get to me less than 2 miles from there shop.? Needless to say they will never get another dollar of mine what a sorry place..
