Hello, I am writing to provide feedback regarding a very disappointing experience I had today at one of your Papa John’s locations. I have been ordering from this store for years and have never had a single issue, which is why I’ve remained a loyal customer. Today, however, that changed. I placed an order by phone around 11:00 AM for four pizzas, specifically scheduling the pickup for 11:50 AM so they would be fresh. I arrived at the store at approximately 11:44 AM. From the very beginning, the employee who assisted me—who claimed to be the manager—was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked about my order, she pointed at the pizzas without explanation. I asked how long they had been ready, and she told me they were completed at 11:25 AM. I questioned why they were ready so ear
Very Horrible customer service… I don’t understand where these people get off at, if not for the People you guys would not have a job!!! Driver was very Rude and unprofessional just because I was literally 10seconds behind him. Walked down to the office where I live to grab a drink so mind you I wasn’t far. And to top it off I ordered from there several times and never had a problem until today. Pizza looked half ass’d too…
I’ve been ordering pizzas from here for almost 5 years. I am sick and tired of we have no crushed peppers. We have no cheese.. Whoever runs or operates this location is doing a horrible job. This is the only Papa Johns I’ve ever gone to that never has crushed peppers or cheese.. Fix your store get your house in order.
Maaaaan...this location got my order given to another person on a carryout. This was hella inconvenient, having to wait as if I got a delivery, yet longer. Unprofessional due to having to call to find out instead of verifying information to avoid having to go through this. I would take a picture of the pizzas I ordered but Im still waiting on them to make it so we can get the carryout finally.
Called large thin crust veggie with chicken pizza in for pickup. It was ready at almost the exact time. Hot and fresh. Nice cashier.
