Papa Johns Pizza

Very good pizza. They really forgot all of my extra sauces. I enjoyed the pizza and the garlic and 🌶️ that are already included in the box 😂. But overall I really cant give them to much heat the pie was every good and they definitely cooked my wings the way I wanted. Pap for the win

I really wish I can give 0 Stars but this store and management are the worst. Their customer service is poor and how they treat people is unexplainable. Living 2 blocks from the store and your food is delivered cold is diabolical. I use to support this papa john’s a lot, but today was my last day placing any order with them.

Dear 13338 Springfield Blvd in Queens, I have ordered Pap John's Pizza plenty of times through the DoorDash app and I have never had an issue with their food items. But when I ordered Papa John's through my Uber app yesterday, from this particular franchise, it looks too disgusting and degrading to eat! My experience was horrifying!! I can't serve this to my kids!! Are you kidding me!! I have given them 5 stars (by mistake) before looking at what was inside the box because I thought it was from the same Papa John's that I usually order from but this pepperoni pizza pie looks exactly throw up food. I placed an order online for a bbq Papadia no onions a Philly cheese steak one came out. I told the person it was wrong he said he wouldn’t change it and I asked why I’m still standing in the store, he agreed to change it and I always check my food I looked in it and the bread was cold and hard and you could tell it wasn’t fresh. ( I usually order this after work from time to time) I told him about it I was ignored. I’m a paying customer and a very polite one and I need someone to reach out to me about the food quality and the service that I not only received tonight 7/15/2024 but overall. Old bread and chicken with a bitter aftertaste. This man handed me that food and said here.

The customer service is amazing! When I feel like letting out and having a great pizza, this Papa John's location always shows out and gives me the best pizza the best toppings they are not stingy if there's a problem, they fix it! Very kind
