This location is just so wrong. Never answers the phone, messes up your order all the time. Just ridiculous! I have yet to get a response about my jacked up order. Maybe this review will get a response.
Ordered a Blondie with my order, sent a chocolate chip brownie. Never answered the phone to correct the order. Edit: after 3 times of calling back after getting disconnected, I found out they don't sell Blondie's anymore and will refund the cost. My mouth was watering for a blondie
This pizza place has came very far. I mean they have tremendously did a switch around for the better. The quality is superb, greet at the door, fast delivery and service.
We waited for our order even though it said 30 min deliverys, it took about an hr and a half . When we received it didn't have any sides that we ordered okay move on . The whole sauce cup was opened already and when we called we were treated poorly . The women said she couldn't fix an internet issue then threw the phone down and minutes of waiting the manager finally came to the phone . First off get your crew in line I see now why y'all have shitty reviews. The attitude and unprofessionalism is unreal . Lost my business quick tonight . Sad I spent rewards on this crap ! Y'all serve people food with open containers and at that y'all make pizza frickin PIZZA !!! it's not hard if u don't like ur job find another .
The GM her name is Shy she is AWESOME! Very friendly fast service and very professional. You can tell the difference in the environment.
