Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered delivery took an hour to get the food. Pizza was burnt crust was overcooked cheese was exploding out of the crust. Pizza was extremely flat. I did not order thin crust

Best Papa John’s ever, I had a problem with a delivery order that ended up being an error on my end and they were so nice and understanding and helped me to correct my order. Would order here again!

The staff were cool but I ordered a pizza with extra sausage. Didn’t seem like there was extra sausage, there was cheese missing on some slices, and you could hardly taste the pizza sauce. Super disappointed! And then when you ask they can’t fix it. Not sure how I feel about this location anymore.

Edit: Owner reached out to me and apologized. Said she would refund me and comp me a future order, and they did. Ordered delivery at 430. Said it was out for delivery at 5. Then at 530 it said it was delivered. Obviously, it wasn't. I called the store, the manager called the driver and said they'd be there in 10 minutes. Another 30 minutes go by, I call again, wait on hold for 10 minutes. Manager informs me that now the driver was in a minor accident. They offered to remake and deliver, which would be another hour. I don't quite buy the whole story -- the driver clearly scanned the order as delivered when it wasn't, if they were in an accident, it would've happened then. Instead, the manager tells me nothing about an accident the first call and then tells me this after the second call.

Ordered the Philly cheese steak papadia, and it was great! Nice and friendly staff. All good as first impression ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
