Papa Johns Pizza

From the very first bite, this pizza was absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly baked — crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside — with just the right balance of thickness. The sauce was flavorful without being overpowering, and the cheese was melted to perfection, rich and generous in every bite. Highly recommend

I’ve enjoyed Papa John’s for years—it’s always been a reliable choice when I need something quick, tasty, and delivered. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the Wesley Chapel location was the worst I’ve had in a long time. The crust was flat, chewy, and stale, with an excessive 2 inches of it on a medium pizza. Toppings were extremely sparse, and this wasn’t just one bad pie—it was the same issue across all four pizzas. For a $65 order, this was incredibly disappointing. What made it worse was the complete lack of customer service. I tried multiple times to reach someone at the store after delivery, but couldn’t get a human on the phone. I ordered two pizzas online throughout the app and picked them up within 20 min. The service was excellent and the pizzas tasted good. Papa John's stuffed pizza is way better than other stuffed pizza that I got from different stores.

On March 3rd night around 11pm, we came to this place and ordered a BOGO chicken pizza. The girl gave us a vegetarian pizza instead. We told her that we had ordered chicken and showed her our order confirmation. She started arguing with us and said rudely that if we wanted, we could cancel the order, but she would not give us the chicken pizza. We were speaking politely, but she was very rude to us. This is our 2nd time . She didnt gave any toppings we are requested for what we paid

Hands down the worst papa John's I've ever been in. The sheer level of incompetence I experienced is astonishing. Waited 45 minutes for my order and then I find out that 4 different employees INCLUDING the manager all laid hands on it and ignored it. So my food sat there ready for 20 minutes while I stood there being told "its coming". Giving papa John's a bad name. Will never order here again.
