Papa Johns Pizza

Usually not bad, absolutely ruined multiple meals this time. Very burnt, Very little (if any at all…) sauce, and half the amount they usually serve. Very disappointed. Please put more sauce in these dishes. I would love to get replacements or something… I purchased THREE this evening and they were all terrible.

This place is nasty. None of the works were wearing hair nets and they all had long hair. Therefore I bit into my pizza and got a long piece of hair. Absolutely disgusting.

I popped into Papa John's the other day to grab a pizza, and it was honestly awesome. The staff were super chill and had my order ready to go when I walked in. The pizza was fresh out of the oven, loaded with toppings, and that crust? Just the right mix of crispy and chewy. I snagged some of their garlic knots on a whim, and dipping them in that buttery garlic sauce was a game-changer. Pickup was a breeze, and the whole experience just felt easy and fun. Can’t wait to head back—Papa John’s, you’ve got a fan! Five stars, no question!

Go pick up my pizza when I got the notification it was ready . They tell me it will be 3 more minutes. Then I wait the three . Then she tells me it will be 10 more minutes because they dropped my order on the floor… so pissed!!!

My 8 YO daughter had a free personal pan pizza for an Easter Promotion. We called ahead to have it ready. We placed the order at 3:24 pm. We asked to have it ready by 4pm. We arrived at Papa Johns at 4pm. It wasn't ready. They said come back at 4:30. We drove to a near by store to kill time...come 4:30 We came back. Was it ready? No! Had they even started making it? No! I mean I have no words . My daughter cried thinking she wasn't getting her pizza. It was absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE AT ANY PIZZA PLACE EVER!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, NOR WILL WE EVER GO BACK THERE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! ALSO, The woman at the counter was outside smoking and running back inside to completely mess up everything for the second and third time. What a shame.
