Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered my pizza off of their website and it switch to door dash delivery. What ended up happening was me waiting, them canceling my order and stealing my food. The manager was nice though, I drove up and got the pizza free. I hope they needed it bad enough ..must have been starving or the pizza must have been GLORIOUS . Idk but I don't think I'd be doing delivery anymore

Went to order 4 pizzas and garlic knots today Tuesday customer app 4.99 advertised signs and writing in the window. They would not honor because a holiday but yet there is a huge poster in the window and a hand written window marker wrote on the door. Times have changed this would never been accepted way to treat customers. You don't want to honor what you advertise then take down the poster and wash the door so the customer does not come in asking for it. I don't recommend papa johns pizza York SC

I order from restaurant frequently today im really disappointed in them my pizza is horrible and barely eatable. I call today and thinking the young man who said he was the manager would understand that my pizza is flat like thin crust. He listen to me and told me we don’t have thin crust medium and plus I made your pizza there’s nothing wrong with it have a great day. If you made it how could you still serve this! Wow! Here’s proof my pizza doesn’t even look like an original crust pizza what is this a waste of money. The dough could been off temp or cooked to long or didn’t rise im not sure what went wrong with my other 2 pizzas Im ok with the pepperoni one but the cheese and beef is not right & I just can’t believe the manager didn’t see anything wrong. Hi, my name is Devon and I am a Dasher. I’ve been in the restaurant more than a handful of times in the past four days and these guys and ladies are just amazing and I just wanna give a shout out to them and their worked ethic and how they work as a team and how they get the orders out in a timely manner. Also, the managers are on point. They’re really really good. They work with their team and like I said they get the job done so upper management man treating these guys and ladies with the upmost gratitude because they are doing their job and they’re doing an exceptional job so thank y’all for everything y’all done and just keep up the good work

Ordered 2 pizzas for Super Bowl Sunday. Food arrived before the estimated delivery time. Delivery driver was great, food was hot and delicious. Thank you.
