Papa Kelsey's Subs & Salads

We got the chicken bacon ranch and the chicken Malibu subs. Preferred the Malibu but both were stellar and the bread was great! We got the mozzarella sticks and they were pretty good. The pepperoni pizza was good too. Service was great, not busy at all but the folks working were super friendly.

Service was ok, food was boring, skimpy and light on flavor. I had brisket which was thin and bread taste like soda cracker. Daughters turkey sandwich was plain and boring and very thin with almost no flavor or sauce. Salad was ok but skimpy. For the price you dont get much food.

I stopped in at Papa Kelsey’s in Eagle and ordered the Italian Combo—and wow, it was absolutely delicious. The bread alone was a game-changer—soft, flavorful, and clearly made fresh in-house. You can taste the difference when a place makes their own bread, and Papa Kelsey’s nails it. What really made the visit even better was chatting with the owner, Sam. He’s genuine, passionate about what he does, and proud to be part of a true Idaho-local company. You can feel the hometown pride in both the food and the service. If you’re in the area and craving a sandwich that hits all the right notes—flavor, freshness, and good vibes—this is the spot. Support local and eat something awesome. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious! From the freshly made croutons and cheesy bread to the incredible pizza, everything was full of flavor. The restaurant is spotless and full of natural light, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. If you haven’t been to Papa Kelsey’s yet, you’re missing out! And don’t leave without trying their giant, freshly made cinnamon rolls—they’re amazing! ❤️

Put a product like this eyetalian combo back east with the scimp meat , you'd be run out of town. Won't come back but would go across the street to Panera. Come on do better.
