I normally go to this location and am very satisfied, however tonight was a whole different experience. I ordered a Papa Picks double pepperoni with light sauce. I just glanced at the receipt and I noticed that the Papa Pics cheese was ordered. I had brought this to their attention and I got the pepperoni, however the pizza didn't have light sauce. I tried calling twice tonight about the issue, however got no answer and I couldn't leave a voicemail.
Staff is friendly. Pizza is neat and looks appetizing. Taste of fresh ingredients is amazing. Great customer service!
Ordered some pizza and cookie dough for delivery. They didn't deliver the cookie dough so I called to ask about it. They said they forgot to give it to the delivery driver and then said they couldn't refund and I could only drive in to get it. First time ordering from them but it will be the last. Edit to say they also forgot the sausage on our cowboy pizza.
First time ordering here. Had to bake it and to my surprise, turned out better than expected. I will ordered their take n bake pizza again.
